A few years ago we got a flood of lefties from California immigrating into Colorado because they could sell their 600k home in CA where high tech industry collapsed due to the bubble burst and buy the same house for 150K here where we were recruiting high tech workers. We've gone from a solid red state to a fringe blue state since. Now we will probably get a wave of snobby corporate right wingers from New England coastal cities, when they have to relocate inland do to Al Gore convincing them the sea level is going to rise 20 feet. We'd prefer to be left alone by you big city coastal extremers. Tell everybody you know, the Colorado Climate sucks. Thanks in advance. Best regards, Gem
