Yes the house is up, but if you check the other stuff you posted San Jose and Santa Clara are down.

Hi Lizzie,

Always exceptions to the rule for valuations. I don't have to look further than my back yard to see the "perceived" and statistical values to be bucking the national trend.

As far as Zillow is concerned, I really think it's a wonderful developmental tool with too many holes to utlize for valuation. And maybe, just maybe with a bit more sophistication, it will rival better methods. As far as my concerns (my IMO), it is, at this time, basically junk.
