"When a political party continues to act like they are the "black party," they should assume some responsibility for solving the black-on-black violence."

Ok. So if a party takes on a few issues important to blacks, then they are the black party? Is this a variant on the "single drop of blood" basis for racism?

"Why bring up the fact that the Democrats are "white-controlled" in your straw man?"

Hmm. My guess is you don't know what a straw man argument is. Here is a hint, it isn't just something you don't agree with. It isn't a straw man because Shorty has said it more than once. So I am not putting words in his mouth, they are his own.

"Who cares as long as the "black party" does absolutely nothing except push forth fake solutions to real problems?"

Umm, the fake solutions is a label that the Republican party proudly wears. Now true, the Democratic party has their own share. But it is hardly an exclusive as you seem to be pretending.

Definition of a strawman...

"When a political party continues to act like they are the "black party,"

They don't, of course, so then...

they should assume some responsibility for solving the black-on-black violence."

Has no meaning.

Does that help?
