" If I don't believe in socialism, that means I must be against society, for anarchy, and for the notion of "Every man for himself.""

No, that isn't true. Or, maybe it depends on what you define as "socialism". If anything done as a society is socialism, which seems to be your stance on almost anything but wars, then your latter two points hold true.

I am just going by your public stance. Maybe you believe differently, but it isn't evident.

Give me a break. That's so typical of liberals, to think that they have the only solution to societial ills, and that anyone who doesn't believe in the liberal way must be against the whole concept of society in general.

We've seen what the right's solution to society during the past seven years. This was the right's time to shine.....it controlled both the WH and Congress, and on almost every level, its been a complete, unmitigated disaster. It did not come close to meeting the golden years of the Clinton administration.

You have had your chance, and now its time to back off and take your inventory and figure out where you went wrong. Instead, you all refuse to relinquish the bully pulpit.
