I expected Bush to start backing off on Iraq due to party pressure as the Presidential cycle winds down. Doesn't look like it though - he's willing to sink his own party because he's the only one who can see how brilliant Iraq will turn out.

I think Bush will end up being the last American who thinks Iraq could ever "work".

The most important job in the world and we have a guy who can't admit when he's wrong and lets it completely affect his psychology.

Thats a fundamental character flaw that wouldn't allow a burger flipper at Macdonald's to rise to the level of assistant night manager.
