I can't believe BZH is trading where it is. It should be $5 right now or less. There is so much noise coming out of the company management that BK is on the horizon.... and yet somebody doesn't believe it. I don't get it. This kind of thing is practically impossible to recover from: LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Beazer Homes USA Inc (BZH.N: Quote, Profile , Research) said on Tuesday it sued U.S. Bank National Association in federal court in Atlanta, asking the court to rule that a delay in filing its quarterly report did not constitute a default on $1.3 billion of its outstanding notes.
