There is a distinction between criminal conduct and being convicted of criminal conduct.... There are plenty of crimes committed every day which do not result in convictions...like BJ Billy's obviously lying in Court, knowing submission of false affidavits, intentional misleading of the Court...etc.....and the fact that he was a lawyer.....and had taken an oath as President to uphold and defend the Constitution and laws of the country which he also breached makes such conduct WORSE....not better that he was not convicted....he ADMITTED what he did....the man is a lying scumbag not worthy of the office he held. His conduct ill served the nation and the justice system whose integrity he swore to uphold. J.
