I would think that securing our boarders should be a large part of our defense against terror. Something that, so far, has been all talk. So now I'm confused. (what else is new?) Which part of the fight against terror are you asking about? Are you asking what to do with terrorists when we catch them? Or are you asking about a plan to capture/kill terrorists? Or ..
