SLACKER you are absolutely right. But he did clear Qualcomm of inequitable conduct - dirty hands - before the PTO. Is that correct? I mixed up the two parts of the jury decision. The patent was filed appropriately with prior art or what have you before the PTO. But the abuse of their participation on the Standards Board is the issue now. Thank you.
