Blue Smoke ...

freebe,

<< Eric - Is that any worse than what Broadcom is now attempting to do with QCOM by offering to swap a couple non essential power management and video patents in exchange QCOM's entire patent portfolio WITH royalty free pass through rights. It seems David Dull (and Eric L) speaketh with forked tongue. >>

I've never seen a hardcopy of a terms sheet of a QUALCOMM to Broadcom or Broadcom to QUALCOMM settlement offer and licensing agreement. I also haven't eeen a copy of the rejection letter from the phantom known as Marvin Blecker whose name we usually see in conjunction with sales of his options. Neither have you. I don't expect to. In regard to matters of litigation and negotiation issues, right now I have a problem with the credibility of QUALCOMM executives who have blown entirely too much smoke on the subject. Since I don't know precisely what is on the table and so I can't really comment intelligently on your question, and I won't comment on your editorial comments.

Prosperous Investing,

- Eric -
