I have been reading posts about me for days now, some not so nice, some attacking me as a fraud, others believing in me. Just to clear the air on a few things: 1) I have not always been a cheerleader for management. I have taken the negative position on many occasions, read all of my Fireline posts, that management was not fully disclosing important financial information. I even questioned them on the 2nd quarter CC, go review the tape my real name is Michael. 2) I met Rick in NY with Matt Kreps by invitation because I held at my peak, 650,000 shares and they knew it and I wanted some questions answered. It was at that meeting that Rick uttered the now famous words "we are going to stick it to the shorts". I just reported my meeting with him to the boards, I didn't have to, but I did. 3) I was the only individual investor invited to New Orleans analyst day and was impressed with management at that time and believe that Scott Sewell has very good connections down there. There is a ton of work to be had and I think HSOA will get more than its fair share when money flows. Its not flowing right now. 4) I think the Fireline acquisition was done to save Frank's ass. I think he overpaid at the time, but Brian Marshall has already performed and will keep bringing in the big contracts. 5) I spoke with Rick, Frank, Jeff as well as IR on a regular basis. I was definitely questioning management about a lot of issues including A/R, the timing of their 3rd quarter CC, how they could run PR differently, etc. I believe the recent clarity you are now seeing from management is partly because I was slamming them throughout January for giving the shareholder more information as it happens. 6) The way that they handled 4th quarter earnings warning and Rick was wrong and I think it killed their credibility for at least the next quarter. 7) I am not bashing the stock, I just think its dead money as I have stated a few times for the current quarter. If it can't get over $5 after all of the good news on the contract front, is that not a fair assessment? I stated that SHM was warning or pre warning for the company as it happened. I sold my stock due to that warning. Was I lucky, smart whatever you want to call it the savings to my stock account was 7 figures. 9) I find it more disconcerting to read attacks that I am not real, I was full of crap all along, etc. by TJ, cummins, etc. and I sometimes feel the need to defend myself. I am a competitive person. 10) I have spoken privately to many on this board via email to my aerosmith027@yahoo.com. As ridiculous as this sounds, I would post my stock account statement proving my holdings to shut up these attackers. I challenge TJ, the king of disbelief, to email me his private email information and I will send him a copy of my statement. The deal is this, if I am real he apologize to me publicly if not he is free to tell the world I am a fraud. 11) I have always tried to provide real time information of my trades, some of which was easily verified at the time of the trades, and some of my last few sales were purchased by members of SI. 12) My opinions of the stock are mine own. I am not bashing management all of a sudden, they have a credibility problem and I doubt anyone here with a brain would disagree with that. Not the first time I have said that or attacked IR for mishandling things IMO. I have traded millions of shares of this company and some day will be back to do it again. I believe long term these guys are real and will perform. I still believe they are a classic roll up company and think they are a little out of their league in dealing with the Street, but they will improve. I welcome peoples feedback, but I am not going to allow people to attack me or call me a fraud when its simply not true. Why would someone with this level of investment be on these boards? Same reason as you, I enjoy the community, talking to smart people, technical traders, and others to get their perspective. I am a 44 year old guy who spends most of his free time gathering as much information about my investment from all sources. This at one time was the best board out there. I'm sorry people feel the need to attack me now that I hold no shares. I want the stock to go up for all of the shareholders on this board. I'm routing for you, but with that said, I still think the stock is hurting from passed sins of management and the short interest. Good luck to you all. Aero - - - - -
