There are numerous books written on that subject, as on "the meaning of life". Given Nokia's unquestionably "dominant" market share, their co-ordinated attack with Broadcom (EC complaint, followed by efforts to change the norms of the numerous arms length 3G licenses, common litigation and media strategies accompanied by game ending licensing demands, and promises of lucrative chip supply contracts as consideration), arguments can easily be structured to the effect of anti-competitive misconduct, in concert of action with Broadcom. I'll leave it to experts in that field, billing at unconscionable rates, to draft the complaint.
