Greg or e isn't really isn't a christian as much as he is a Christ-clubber. Jerry Falwell breaking wind was more important to Greg or e than a poor man stoned to death for collecting sticks on the sabbath.

Greg or e's "Ya gotta love it" (post 25390) did not prove christianity anymore than it refuted evolution but showed Greg or e is on the amway plan to salvation.

I can almost see Greg or e and his cohorts sitting at the village gate pulling lice out of each others butts wondering who to stone next. The weak, the unworthy and the vulnerable all being watched and judged and preyed upon.

I think it's you that is thick as a brick. You are having great difficulty even following very simple analogies. First you confuse a judge for a criminal and now you miss the point yet again and confuse just judgment for mercy. The young men received justice from a judge. I pointed out that although you and I (notice I include myself here) deserve justice as well, nevertheless we are now the recipients of mercy. Mercy by definition is "not getting what you deserve" while getting justice is "getting what you deserve". I have not threatened you at all. I simply point out that justice will ultimately be accomplished for everyone unless we avail ourselves of the grace of God that He freely offers anyone who will receive it. You are under no obligation to accept the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ on your behalf and God is not obliged to give you anything but justice. Justice will be done.
