"give me 10 examples how we are more facist then we were in the last 10 years"

Easy.

1)Acceptance of extraordinary rendition and "extreme interrogation" techniques. Along with the lifting of habeas corpus. Disdain for human rights and the rule of law is definitely a characteristic of a fascist regime.

2)Bush being the "decider" and the wide expansion of the power of the executive. An all powerful leader is certainly a characteristic of fascism.

3) Obsession with secrecy and security. Ditto.

4) The intertwining of religion and government. Again, ditto.

5) The protection of corporate interests to the exclusion of everyone else.

6) The melding of government and corporate interests. Heck, corporations even got to write significant legislation through lobbyists like Abramoff.

7) Disdain for intellectuals and the arts.

8) Suppression of organized labor. Organized anything not controlled by the government is seen as a threat. Labor is usually the big one.

9) Rampaging cronyism and corruption.

10) The consolidation of the media in a few, large corporate hands.
