Re the 10 Commandment monuments, and other items from our history: I keep wondering if we, the US, ever went into another country, and decided to take it over: --would we take down the pyramids if we went into Egypt? After all, they were for many Gods, not just One, with the exception of the Sun God ... --or if we took over Italy, would we take out all artifacts and buildings from the early Roman leaders? ... --or if we went into Greece, would we demand the destruction of all the early Grecian buildings and monuments? In a very easily understood way, the people in the US who are demanding the destruction and removal of our early monuments are the same as, and no better than, the Taliban.
