Reverse split is costly to the company, and will expose many stockholders already dead and will not do the transfer. So, nothing is gained. Market making will get more new stockholders and more shares are better for distribution. Fewer shares will create more short interests. There will be a tectonic shift soon; when free email accounts(Yahoo, MSN hotmail, and etc.) offer email addressed websites. Expect advertizing revenues will go up and economy of email addressed websites will flourish on ISP servers as junk mail. You heard it here first; webpages will be FAXed with toolbar attached. SUNW/JAVA is not yet aware of such a probable shift, if Google suddenly announce it? Java Ajax will diminish in importance?
