What's hilarious to me is that someone believes only a terrorist attack could cause the US stock market to plunge. They have such certainty that a world which will no longer lend money for the US credit market, a recession, or plunging real estate prices could not possibly cause a precipitous decline in the US stock market. Only a terrorist could do that. As the Wicked Witch in "The Wizard of Oz" said as she melted, "What a world!" .
