Really? You always referred to the republican congress...and that the democrats were not responsible because they were not the majority...remember? LOLOL Kenneth, you really are a putz.

Congressional approval has collapsed since the last election and it is because voters realized that the campaign promises of action were just lies...fortunately for the democrats, voters have short memories...and there are people like you who are party dependents.
