Vouchers end up going to private schools...public schools get less with vouchers.

We need to do more with less. We can send our kids to China for education. Outsourcing the teaching. Hey has Bush thought of that one?

The public educational system is working perfectly in getting the product it is aimed at getting.

Your mistake is assuming that is is designed to empower people. It's not.
