Exactly. But as they see it, that's not their problem.

They'll just take the easy kids out to voucher schools, then public school scores will fall further. This will be their excuse for more vouchers, it becomes a vicious cycle and before you know it there will be no more PUBLIC education in the US.

As I see it that's the master plan.
