Beginning with the first day of training, SFers are taught independence of thought, decision making, and action. They learn that the team is the ultimate authority when deployed, but when confronted by an enemy, action is appropriate and they will be backed if their individual decision was not quite right. Sins of commission are forgiven but sins of omission - not taking action when appropriate - is not forgiven.

Let's remember these men were attacking enemies of the United States under the most arduous conditions and far from reinforcements.

If they go down, it will change the face of SF as we know it forever and America loses a war-fighting capability like none other.

Merely having this additional investigation after the MPs and CID said no foul is already having a negative effect. The guys who are deployed have been sent the info. Put yourself in their shoes. Now what do they do?
