I asked a simple and direct question: *WHAT proposal that Rudy has put forward has the slightest* chance of achieving strategic, [not Pyhrric], victory for America?** Re: "you're just playing games now...." Not at all! No games.... Just a straightforward question. (If you can't identify a coherent policy of his, that's looks to stand a reasonable chance of achieving strategic victory... then that's OK too, I suppose.)
