You fail to grasp the issue at hand and when explained simply dismiss it because you don't understand it. 2. You want to generalize all the "losses" and "financial ruin" of penny stock investors to the excuses of the promotion of naked shorting in the stock. Funny, Jeff and Floyd have been fighting penny stock scams for "far longer than I have been around" according to them and thus penny stock scams preceeded any concerns over naked shorting and any vocalization of such. Ever think about that? 3. You ignore the fact that Small Cap, Mid-Cap, and Large Cap companies are also addressing concerns and abusing those stocks can have significant financial impacts on people. Taking $10 Mln off a micro cap is a far cry from hundreds of millions from a much larger firm don't ya think? 4. If you haden't noticed, I have stayed away from the micro caps for the most part. If you had decided to do your homework before accusing me of all wrongdoing you would see that MOST of my analysis has been focused on NYSE and NASDAQ. I don't see a Paul Rufus Harris on those exchanges do you? 5. Finally, you have no idea what I tell people off these boards. You have no idea of the advice I gave to CMKX shareholders when wild rumors surfaced. And you have no idea what conversations I have had with regulators. If you notice, you don't see me on any chat boards other than here because Chat boards are a cesspool of scum - from both sides and people that live on them have to live with the results achieved. In many cases it wasn't the naked short talk on a message board that caused the loss it was the entire hype packages and bash packages that caused the loss. I have recommended to many that they stay off the boards of companies because of the vile within them.
