I checked my girlfriend's neighborhood in VT and it only scored 29. But I walked to stores from there and the neighborhood is good for strolling. There is also a bus-stop across the street with service to downtown Burlington. So really it is less car-only oriented than that score would make it seem. She sold her car on Friday in preparation for our move to Australia...
