Re: No, they are results from a standard memory latency benchmark, LMBench so same conditions apply for all archiectures.

Mas, the T1 chip uses direct connect DDR, not FB-DIMMs. Only Niagara 2 uses FB-DIMMs. All you've proven is how poor of an implementation of on die memory controller Sun has managed to cobble together inside their T1 chip.
