She knows, or should know, what she submitted is propaganda. The Pagan tribes referred to in those passages were waging war against Muslims 1400 years ago, mostly slaughtering Muslims by ambush. So finding the pagans (who were doing that) and killing them was a matter of simple survival. Many/most did abandon paganism and become Muslims, in which case the order to have them killed didn't make much sense and, in fact, was merciful considering the slaughtering the Pagans had been guilty of. History reveals that pagan tribes abandoned paganism because they learned it was false not because they were forced to. No one stops believing something or starts believing something as a matter of force. It is humanly impossible to force belief and that is confirmed in the Quran, as well as other sources.

The entire Arabian penninsula, which had been a violent vendetta ridden mess with family slaughtering family and tribes slaughtering tribes since the dawn of time was organized into a nation of peace for the first time and Mohammad did not go slaughtering pagans who were outside that definition, for an informed historian to imply that he did is fraudulant and dishonorable. Turning that area into a peaceful nation was masterful and admirable if nothing else. The years of prosperity and growth leading to the great accomplishments of the Ottoman Empire are a direct result. The benefits to our modern culture no less. To corrupt those portions of Quranic history the way extremists like Nadine and the radical Islamists do is dishonorable.

"In the Muslim community, the holy war [i.e. jihad] is a religious duty, because of the universalism of the Muslim mission and the obligation to convert everybody to Islam either by persuasion or by force... The other religious groups did not have a universal mission, and the holy war was not a religious duty for them, save only for purposes of defense... They are merely required to establish their religion among their own people."

Although completely false, this has become standing marching orders for Muslim extremists, and their Nuke em all counterparts (and we are living in the 21st century Nadine). Not only is this propaganda it is a lie and for anyone with even a minimal understanding of history, an obvious one. Nadine knows that because she has been over it numerous times on numerous threads. She seems to enjoy supporting the Muslim extremist agenda and getting a nuke em all rally going anyway.

Maybe she will eventually get to see the Nuke em' all days she is pushing. I vote against it and extremists like her; all decent people should speak against the radical extremists who do this. Muslims should speak up in their communities and many do, but it is just as important for Non-Muslims from Nadine's social circle to condemn this type of propaganda in no uncertain terms as well. The Nuke em all extremists and the Jihad radical extremists have nothing if they don't have each other as an excuse.

Best regards,
Gem
