Jiziya was a contract between an Islamic government and dhimmi group.

Coerced. Take it or leave or die.

Can a foreigner own property in America? Can a foreigner own an American company? Can a foreigner profit from business in America? Welcome to Jiziya. Jiziya was a contract between an Islamic government and dhimmi group.

It s/b pointed out the answer to all three questions is yes. There are no special taxes on foreign owners of property.
