And what better way to kill the truth than to make it appear to be faked?

I think finding out exactly who faked the memo would be an interesting thing to do.

The frustrating thing.....that memo should have nailed his re election aspirations since its consistent with all the messes he's made since doing his military stint. Either he or Rove or both have 9 lives.
