Pit bulls aren't an official breed, but most of them do have bulldog and terrier elements of which the terrier part is the most aggressive.

I am no expert on Pit Bulls, but it is my understanding they were SPECIFICALLY BRED to fight dogs. If that is the case, seems to me we have no need for such a breed as dog fighting is illegal. jdn
