suspect th all mighty will at some stage have dubai pay tuition

You should visit the place. I fly there every 3 months or so. Think HK and Singapore but in the Middle East. Dubai ran out fo oil and relies on real estate and is a hub for this part of the world.

A channel for embargoed stuff, entertainment for the region too: Saudis, Iraqis, Sirians, Lebanese... playground

A magnet for money laundry which mixes with the oil money so you donlt know which is which.
