craig ran for three terms is up for election next year but mentioned he may not run for another term. I assume we can say will not now.

the key democrat front leader is vet dr. and the key republican leader is ex governor i believe. When some animals got off this vets ranch he issued a shoot to kill. He said they had disease and didn't want it to spread.

seems like it will be fun watching these two fight it out.

I don't think it will mean much to Romney's campaign. The fact that Craig was Senate liaison for him is of interest mostly to political junkies. I would expect an announcement from Craig that he's not running for re-election, if not actual resignation. Idaho is not NJ.

I, for one, would hope this would raise awareness to the special needs for public officials and other needy individuals.

Perhaps an easy solution would be to provide special facilities in all public places for folks with "wide stances", those who feel a need to play "footsie", or who simply need to wash their feet before doing their thing, jihad, earmarking, reforming health care, or whatever it is people in high places do.

I think one thing they could do is provide more accessible drugs for people with special needs. Maybe open pharmacies where cash is king, maybe write your own script like other countries do.

Maybe then folks with wide stances could get some help in the form of strong medication without the stigma of going into reform school, or whatever that place is where they send folks when they get caught doing something they shouldn't but which is not technically illegal like saying whatever too much or tapping your feet when you shouldn't or screwing up the answer to the question or having the wrong dog.

I know separate but equal facilities would be something I would like because I have heard feet tapping and folks have been peeking in airports before in my experience. Luckily I have been able to bottle it up and go before they started dropping little pieces of papers.

Fox leads off the story;

The WaPo lead the story, "GOP Senator." When it's a Dem, you find it out "after the jump."

It's an "August Dog days" story. If he is replaced, it will be by another Utah Republican. No big deal.

Why should it mean anything for Romney? What kind of idiot would hold this against Romney?
