The selling you see by the officers from earlier this year is in regards to taxes. When you exercise options you get taxed on them. If you notice all the disposition amounts are about %40 of the share amount. This actually worked out good because they sold them back to the company at good prices.

If look at the dispositions, the CEO and VP sold the shares back to the company at .20 when the stock was trading higher. This is ver positive for the situation.

My guess right now is no one in the company can buy or sell because they are working on deals that are not public. It would not be legeal for them to make any transactions from here out.

It all comes down to news. THPW needs to prove to the market they mean business.
