You, on the other hand, are so caught up in the misleading use of the words "war on terrorism" that you can't seem to understand that waging real "war" against a hidden enemy is entirely counter productive. Al Qaeda in Iraq is not hidden, nor is Al Qaeda in Afghanistan and Waziristan. They have declared open war on us many times. You seem to regard this as a practical joke. Your problem is that you are defining imaginary parameters for the war that lend themselves to the solutions you like. Then you insult anybody who disagrees by calling them "fear based."
