They want to remove a, more or less, democratically elected Maliki and put in the guy they wanted all along, Allawi.

I think the month long vacation, the trip to Iran, the refusal to make reconciliation progress are all signals to the Bushies that the Iraqis are going to do it their own way and keep their oil for themselves. What an idea.

You go and demolish their country and they are still adamant about ruling themselves.
