I don't know where I read this......maybe here but the insurance companies out here in the West are fireproofing those expensive homes that threatened with a forest fire. A company comes along and sprays your house with the same orange fire retardant that is dropped from planes.....except its clear. Now I was thinking......maybe during a hurricane, you can get your insurance company to build 30' walls around your house to keep the roof from blowing off. Just a thought. <g>
