I don't generally follow SCHW anymore but I'm reading elsewhere that this big sale relates to Chuckie being obliged to a proportional sale under a Dutch auction tender -- not that it makes things boolish for SCHW, but his selling might not be as sinister as things appears on the surface. I'll never forget Chuckie back after the Y2K meltdown and his "Just relax...." commercials aimed at the masses -- easy for him to relax when he was sitting on $4 billion in T-Bills
