To me it looks like an official notice of a change. Which means they have been working, planning and decided to do something now: this the last week in summer. Which could be because they don't want anybody to notice. But who besides me and some of you others pays any attention, anyway? I'm more of a gypsy than a technician and my initial reaction was positive and was reinforced by the volume! It's been a shell since the last deal died. Maybe somebody needs a shell? Maybe Shell needs a shell. Maybe Halliburton or USSE or TRGD or DubAI? Tomorrow we will be what our thoughts are today. Today, I'm thinking I'll be richer tomorrow! Somebody find out who is buying.
