If the performance gains are due to Triple-Crossfire then that might be worth $1 million extra in net income to AMD a quarter. If the performance gains are due to K10 that might eventually be worth $400 million a quarter. Which news would you rather have?

Without a more direct and documented comparison, I'm not going to proclaim the case either way. However, I will say that the comparison made by the Inquirer, and the one which is now a subject of much debate on this forum, wasn't exactly apples to apples, and far from a compelling proof point of K10 performance.
