"Wuhan is a large city. Pingdingshan and Xuancheng are mid-size cities."

Agreed. (How can one not agree- it's a fact.) Seems Westminster took a few liberties in their PR. Frankly, I also think $6.75 is a bit steep for SNEN as a 12 month target.

I'm long the stock and am very bullish on it as a value investment in a fast growning sector (thanks to Chinese regulation), combined with their land "ownership" for the next 50 years, allowing them to lease part of it if they want, or obtain favorable bank financing in the future.

All that said, I think a PE multiple of 10 for 2008 income of $15M, or .43/share fully diluted (their stated projections) gives a SP of $4.30.

Even with this conservative estimate, SNEN has a lot of room for sp appreciation over the next 12 months as it now trades between $2.40-2.70/share.

All JMHO. I've been wrong before!
