What some enterprising young journalist should do is compare the cost of rebuilding the Gulf Coast to date, and the same cost for New Orleans....compare the various stages of repair for the 2 year time frame for each area. The Gulf Coast was hit harder, especially Alabama....and yet, NO is still languishing in "poor me" and Alabama is moving on with the repairs.... Could it be the Government of each state that we should compare as well..... Inquiring minds should want to know.....
