Cogito;

I completely agree about the undercover cops in bathrooms. That aspect of this case has a funny smell.

I already responded to Dale on this but want to expand on my comments. In our state capitol many years ago there was a public bathroom in a park that was frequented by gay men soliciting sex. The park bathroom was within site of the capitol and was the main bathroom used for the park which of course was frequented by tons of kids. Gays knew the bathroom was a usual haunt of men selling sex and consequently were drawn to the public bathroom. How do you ever stop this kind of abuse unless you target these areas of known gay congregations with cops?

That said, anything one wants to do inside their home is a completely different story - subject of course to laws target pedophiles.
