I have been deliberately avoiding the whole question of the Shia/Persians in this discussion to avoid complicating matters. Stop jumping on little words and going gotcha, it just looks stupid. I'm glad to know at least one Shia clergyman is against suicide bombing, but it's not enough. You have to look carefully. Lots of them are against "suicide bombing" but not against "holy martyrdom operations". And what's the difference? If the dead are Muslims or Jews.

The root of this conflict is about LAND. Religion is a subplot used to rationalize the stealing of LAND.

Geeze. And Liberals call Conservatives dogmatic. You're right up there with AQ for dogma. This is all about a patch of scrub that is less than 1 percent of 1 percent (yes that's right) of the Arab Middle East?
