I will be taking a course in eval of fease info in Nov, right now I can't comment on the before tax return. But my point was and is, that the cash return then has to be divided by the sh out, and selling lotta cheap sh will reduce the per sh return to the holders. Its the return per share that is important to the holders regardless of how much the mine returns on the invested dollars. Return on invested dollars provides safety for the banks and makes it possible to build the mine. With the metal prices we hope for you should do very well.
