Somehow lighting the cognac loses its impact when I hand people a microwaved hotpocket <g> This is what I've noticed - I'm a better cook than I think I am if I just follow some directions and get a little help the first time I try to cook things. One of the greatest cooking tools for a single guy is the crockpot. Its an easy way to toss in some potatoes, veggies, meat and cover it all with a can of soup. Its not the way to make a nice piece of steak but its an easy way to make a decent dinner when you don't know what you're doing.
