I think the main reason my Trig is low is due to the niacin I take each day. I tried to quit it a couple years ago and my T shot up to 227 then 230 before going back on it.

All my numbers are good, except that total Cholesterol at 225. For only the second time in all my history, my LDL is below 130, so I don't know why my C stays up there.
