That definitely is the "except for Jews" clause. I quoted Tantawi already. First in 2001 he did say he was against suicide bombing, then in 2002 he switched and said he was for it in certain cases.

Gem, even if he mentioned the "Pizza Parlor" Nadine will argue that "Pizza" was not spelled correctly or he did not mention the Pizza Parlor's specific name.
