We've been there many times and have friends in the city in Marigny, the Garden District, and one who is rebuilding in Lake Shore. We've also lived in a dangerous semi-third world country with corruption every where. We're taking a wait and see attitude and will decide in a couple of years. Maybe it will be livable by then. If not, we may look at Fairhope, AL on Mobile Bay.
