That will help. But I understand that Beijing has a temperature inversion, just like LA. That means it holds whatever it gets. It depends on the winds and where the coal burning electrical plants are. They have to continue in operation.

LA made all trucks deliver during the night during the Olympics, and what a difference! They should have continued that permanently.

Snow if it were only that simple .. Toronto could have cleaner air if we could shut down Detroit over 200 miles west :O)
