"Really? I thought there was a law passed by our elected Congress..." Yep, that's right. "and that it had been tested in the USSC...?" Don't know that it ever has but, (in my opinion anyway), the restriction is UNconstitutional. (But then again, I take an EXPANSIVE VIEW of what the liberties are that our Founding Fathers intended us to have... unlike some of the Authoritarians here....) After all... can you show me where in our Constitution the federal (or any State) government has been granted the authority to say where free American citizens can travel to, or what they can and can't invest in? (Absent a Declaration of War perhaps.)
