God Forgive me, but I think its been a vast waste of money on New Orleans. Those people are nothing but a bunch of criminal freeloaders. Look at Mississippi and Alabama that got hit equally or worse. They are well on their way of rebuilding at substantially less cost. IMHO these people will stay on the DOLE as long as we are stupid enough to give it to them. jdn

Everything below sea level should be condemned for human habitation and its an abomination that after getting the people out of that hole the government is trying to bring them back.
